HPLC method development using a mixed-mode column for following 68Ga-radiolabeling

Abstract The aim of our work was to develop a generally applicable liquid chromatographic method for the determination residue free 68 Ga 3+ content labeling reaction mixtures, in order facilitate comparative experiments early stages chelator development. We achieved retention on mixed mode cation exchanger HPLC column with gradient program, which allowed separation from non-retained complexes. effects conditions (time, temperature) and application non-coordinating buffers were examined. Furthermore, recovery these complexes investigated, values 94.9–97.4% 87.4–99.6%.
